Cane Sugar Alcohol and the Environment

Posted by Mindy Cheng on

Did you know

alcohol made from sugar cane versus traditional grain uses less raw material, therefore reducing land space and fossil fuel to produce? It's true. an acre of sugar cane can produce double the amount of alcohol compared to corn.  We fell in love with the facts about our organic cane sugar alcohol while creating our Citrus Clove Hand Sanitizer Spray.

Furthermore, organic cane sugar alcohol not only means that the sugar cane fields were grown without pesticides, it also means that methods for distilling the alcohol cannot release pollutants that harm the environment.

I think we found a star ingredient that not only cleans your hands but is great for our environment. A win-win!
