Delish Recpie: Chocolate Zucchini Brownies

We just made a great dessert from Delish: Chocolate Zucchini Brownies. While they're not vegan since they do use eggs, they are however vegetarian and pretty healthy. You can definitely use egg substitute to make these vegan, along with using vegan chocolate! The consistency isn't quite like a gooey chewy brownie, but more like a super moist cake or bread. It turned out so delicious and decadent. Try something new to bake while you're quarantined with your loved ones. We highly recommend trying it out!
